焗椒鹽雞 Baked salt and pepper chicken


材料 Ingredients:
  • 雞 1隻  1 chicken
  • 海鹽 1½ 茶匙  1½ tsp sea salt
  • 鮮磨黑椒粉 1½茶匙 1½ tsp black pepper
  • 糖 ¼茶匙   ¼tsp sugar
  • 油 2茶匙  2 tsp oil

做法 Make:
  1. 把雞洗淨,抹乾水分。用刀切開一半,輕輕壓平。 Rinse chicken and dry then cut into half, press down lightly
  2. 把鹽,黑椒粉,糖和油拌勻。平均塗在雞的兩面。靜置30分鐘。 Mix salt, black pepper, sugar and oil then rub on chicken, let it rest for about 30 minutes
  3. 預熱光波爐(或焗爐)至200C / 395F. 把雞放在光波爐(焗爐)中,焗約 30至 35分鐘,即成。Pre-heat oven at 395F then put in the chicken for about 30-35 minutes if want crispy skin turn the oven to grill for another 10 minutes
