焗椒鹽雞 Baked salt and pepper chicken |
材料 Ingredients:
- 雞 1隻 1 chicken
- 海鹽 1½ 茶匙 1½ tsp sea salt
- 鮮磨黑椒粉 1½茶匙 1½ tsp black pepper
- 糖 ¼茶匙 ¼tsp sugar
- 油 2茶匙 2 tsp oil
做法 Make:
- 把雞洗淨,抹乾水分。用刀切開一半,輕輕壓平。 Rinse chicken and dry then cut into half, press down lightly
- 把鹽,黑椒粉,糖和油拌勻。平均塗在雞的兩面。靜置30分鐘。 Mix salt, black pepper, sugar and oil then rub on chicken, let it rest for about 30 minutes
- 預熱光波爐(或焗爐)至200C / 395F. 把雞放在光波爐(焗爐)中,焗約 30至 35分鐘,即成。Pre-heat oven at 395F then put in the chicken for about 30-35 minutes if want crispy skin turn the oven to grill for another 10 minutes
