菠蘿生炒骨 Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs
 


材料Ingredients:
  • 切條排骨 1條再切粒  spare ribs
  • 紅,黃,綠椒半個切粒   cut red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper or orange pepper into small pieces
  • 菠蘿切粒 cut pineapple into small pieces
醃料Marinate:
  • 生抽1-2茶匙 light soy sauce 1-2 tsb
  • 糖1茶匙 sugar 1 tsb
  • 鹽少許 a pinch of salt
  • 生粉少許 a pinch of corn starch
汁Sauce:
  • 茄汁3-4茶匙 ketchup 3-4 tsb
  • 水少許 a bit water (depends on how thick you want the sauce then add accordingly)
  • 鎮江醋2茶匙 (喜歡酸點可多放) vinegar 2 tsb (add a bit more if you like more sour)
  • 糖2茶匙 sugar 2tsb
做法Make:
  1. 將排骨與醃料混和待20分鐘再沾上生粉用中火炸2次備用 Marinate the spare ribs and sit for about 20mins then coat with corn starch and deep fired twice
  2. 燒熱鍋落少許油, 加入紅,黃,綠椒再放入排骨, 放入汁炒勻最後加入菠蘿即可 add a bit oil in frying pan then add in the red/yellow/green or orange pepper, add in spare ribs and sauce.  Last add in pineapple.
