芝士龍蝦(公仔麵底) Cheesy Lobster with instant noodle


材料 Ingredients:
  • 龍蝦 1 隻 Lobster (got those chopped ones)
  • 蔥切段 Green onion 1 stalk cut into 2 inches long
  • 薑數片 Ginger a few slices
  • 公仔麵, 伊麵  ...Noodle (或喜愛的麵類 any kind of noodle you like)
Cheesy sauce:
  • 用中細火煮溶4 湯匙牛油 (我選用無鹽牛油), 加入1/4 杯麵粉 (我用粟粉)攪勻約5分鐘 melt 4 tbsp butter (I used unsalted butter), add 1/4 cup flour over med-low heat for 5 minutes
  • 倒入半杯凍牛奶攪勻再倒入1 1/2 杯牛奶, 細火煮10分鐘 pour in 1/2 cup cold milk, mix well then add 1 1/2 cup milk (2 cups of milk in total), simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes
  • 最後加入芝士, 熄火, 繼續攪直至芝士完全溶化 add in 8 oz of shredded cheese, turn off heat ... stir in more cheddar cheese until all melt
  • 加入適量鹽 add salt to taste
做法 Make:
  1. 大火放入油再加入薑,片, 放入龍蝦及蔥段.  炒至龍蝦熟透(我加入了少許紹興酒)High heat, add in oil, stir in ginger then add in the lobster and green onion until cooked (I added a little bit of Xiao Hing wine)
  2. 龍蝦熟透可倒入芝士汁再上碟 Pour in cheesy sauce mix then serve on noodle
