Creamy Shrimp & Scallop Alfredo


Ingredients

1/2lb.  linguine (or any kind of pasta), uncooked
1/2lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1/2lb. uncooked scallop
6 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed             
3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 KRAFT grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (or parsley flakes)
 

Make

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
MEANWHILE, heat large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink then set aside. Add scallop, cook until cooked. Add cream cheese and broth to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in shrimp, scallop and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan.
DRAIN pasta. Add to ingredients in skillet; toss to coat. Transfer to platter; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and parsley.
