雙菇素腸芋絲煲 Mixed mushrooms with Veggie Sausage and Yam Noodle |
材料 Ingredients:
- 任何喜愛的菇(切絲) Any kind of mushroom you like, cut into strips
- 素腸(切絲) Veggie sausage cut into strips
- 芋絲1包 1 pack of yam noodle
- 海鹽少許 a pinch of sea salt
- 白胡椒粉少許 a pinch of white pepper
- 菇絲先放入煲煮至半熟再放入素腸, 加入適量海鹽及白胡椒粉炒勻 Stir fry mushroom in a pot till half cooked, add in veggie sausage and salt and pepper
- 加入1-2杯水待滾起放入芋絲...滾起蓋上煲蓋熄火 pour in 1-2 cups of water when boiled add in yam noodle. Turn off heat when started to boil then cover the pot ... Done!
