燜釀節瓜
材料
鯪魚滑
節瓜
雞湯
做法
先將節瓜切1-1.5吋厚塊再掘出瓜肉成一小洞 (小心不要掘穿)
將鯪魚滑釀入小洞
落鑊輕輕煎魚滑那面
加入雞湯用中火燜至節瓜軟身便可
