蠔油燴雙菇 (Braised Mushrooms with Vegetarian Oyster Sauce) |
材料 Ingredients:
- 磨菇 mushrooms
- 皇子菇 King mushrooms
- 西蘭花 broccoli
- 甘筍絲 carrots (cut into strips for garnishing)
- 水 2湯匙 water 2 tbsp
- 素蠔油 1½湯匙 veggie oyster sauce 1½ tbsp
- 老抽 1茶匙 dark soy sauce 1 tsp
- 砂糖 2茶匙 sugar 2 tsp
- 磨菇洗淨, 西蘭花灼熟伴碟, 磨菇放入熱水煮約4分鐘, 取出滴乾水份 wash mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes, blanch broccoli for garnishing
- 皇子菇切片(可用已切片的) cut King mushroom into strips (or get those already sliced)
- 磨菇, 皇子菇片落鑊不停炒至乾身及微黃色, 加入調味料燴煮, 煮至汁濃入味取出放入碟中 stir-fry the mushrooms and King mushrooms over medium heat until dry and slightly golden then add in the seasoning, simmer and reduce the sauce until slightly thick, serve immediately
