竹笙魚翅湯
材料:
鮑翅 (可用急凍)
竹笙
木耳絲
雞肉切絲
湯: 雞湯
做法:
先煮滾雞湯再放入鮑翅, 雞絲, 竹笙, 木耳絲, 中火煮20分鐘即成
