豉汁涼瓜黑豚肉 Bitter Melon and Japanese Kurobuta with Garlic Black Bean Sauce 

材料 ingredients:
  • 涼瓜 1/2 個  1/2 of bitter melon
  • 黑豚肉 Japanese Kurobuta
調味料 seasoning:
  • 生抽 2茶匙 2tsp light soy sauce
  • 糖 1 茶匙 1tsp sugar
  • 鹽少許 pinch of salt
  • 豆粉少許 pinch of corn starch
汁 sauce:
  • 蒜蓉豆豉醬 1-2茶匙 1-2tsp garlic black bean sauce
做法 make:
  1. 涼瓜洗淨切條備用 rinse bitter melon and cut into strips
  2. 用生抽, 糖, 鹽, 豆粉醃黑豚肉 marinate Japanese Kurobuta with light soy sauce, sugar, salt and corn starch (rest for about 15mins)
  3. 黑豚肉落鑊煎熟備用 pan fry the Japanese Kurobuta till cooked
  4. 涼瓜落鑊炒熟再加入黑豚肉, 放入蒜蓉豆豉醬炒勻上碟 stir fry bitter melon till cooked then add in the Japanese Kurobuta, lastly add in the garlic black bean sauce...Done!
