香茅豬扒 Lemongrass Pork Chop |
材料 ingredients:
- 豬扒 4-6件 4-6 slices of pork chop
- 香茅 1 條 1 stalk of lemongrass
- 魚露 2 湯匙 Fish sauce 2 tbsp
- 老抽 1茶匙 Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
- 糖 1 茶匙 Sugar 1 tsp
- 胡椒粉少許 A pinch of white pepper
- 生粉1/2湯匙 Corn starch 1/2 tsb
- 豬扒洗淨抹乾, 用刀背剁鬆 Rinse and pat dry the pork chop, pound pork chop with the back of the knife
- 香茅切碎 Chop the lemongrass
- 香茅碎與調味料拌入豬扒, 醃最少20分鐘 Mix the chopped lemongrass and seasoning into the pork chop, marinate for at least 20 minutes
- 豬扒放入熱油內煎熟, 取起瀝乾 Fry the pork chop in hot oil, remove and drain
