香茅豬扒 Lemongrass Pork Chop
 


材料 ingredients:
  • 豬扒 4-6件  4-6 slices of pork chop
  • 香茅 1 條     1 stalk of lemongrass
調味料 seasoning:
  • 魚露 2 湯匙  Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • 老抽 1茶匙  Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
  • 糖 1 茶匙  Sugar 1 tsp
  • 胡椒粉少許 A pinch of white pepper
  • 生粉1/2湯匙  Corn starch 1/2 tsb
做法 make:
  1. 豬扒洗淨抹乾, 用刀背剁鬆 Rinse and pat dry the pork chop, pound pork chop with the back of the knife
  2. 香茅切碎 Chop the lemongrass
  3. 香茅碎與調味料拌入豬扒, 醃最少20分鐘 Mix the chopped lemongrass and seasoning into the pork chop, marinate for at least 20 minutes
  4. 豬扒放入熱油內煎熟, 取起瀝乾 Fry the pork chop in hot oil, remove and drain
