子薑甜醋燜腩排
材料:
子薑 5-6片
腩排 (排骨切長條)
調味:
鹽少許
生粉少許
甜醋 (我選用"八珍甜醋")
做法:
腩排用鹽,生粉醃
落鑊將腩排兩面煎到半熟
將腩排放入鍋中再倒入甜醋(接近蓋滿腩排), 燜20分鐘
