奶油雞 Butter Chicken

材料 ingredients:
  • 雞胸肉/雞腿肉 300g  Chicken breat/thigh 300g
  • 洋蔥 1個(切塊)  1 onion (cut into small chunks)
  • 蘋果 1 個    1 apple
  • 薯仔 3小個  3 small potatoes
  • 紅籮蔔適量  carrots as desired
  • 紅蔥頭1個(切絲)  1 red onion (cut into strips)
調味料 seasoning:
  • 蒜茸 2茶匙 mashed garlic 2 tsp
  • 薑茸 2 茶匙 mashed ginger 2 tsp
  • 鹽適量 a pinch of salt
  • 糖 1 茶匙 sugar 1 tsp
  • 黑胡椒粉少許 a pinch of black pepper
醬汁 sauce:
  • 奶油雞醬 1瓶(275ml) Butter chicken sauce
  • 35%奶油 1湯匙 1tbsp 35% cream (I used 10% cream instead)
  • 牛油/植物油 1湯匙 1 tbsp butter/margarine
  • 腰果 1/4 杯(切碎) 1/4 cup cashews (chopped) ~~ optional
做法 make:
  1. 雞肉切2吋x2吋方塊, 加入調味料備用. 再把洋蔥, 蘋果, 薯仔和紅蘿蔔切相似的大小 Cut chicken into small chunks, add in seasoning.  Also chop onions, apple, potatoes, carrots into similar size as chicken
  2. 鑊內燒熱牛油, 加入紅洋蔥絲, 洋蔥, 薯仔, 紅蘿蔔至洋蔥軟身, 然後加入雞肉和蘋果炒勻 Heat frying pan with butter then add in onion, carrots, potatoes till onion softened. Mix in chicken and apple
  3. 最後加入醬汁拌勻, 注入水約1/8杯煮約5分鐘熄火, 上碟 Add in sauce and 1/8cup of water, boil for another 5 minutes
  4. 淋上奶油和撒上腰果碎便可 Add in cream and cashews before eat
