奶油雞 Butter Chicken |
材料 ingredients:
- 雞胸肉/雞腿肉 300g Chicken breat/thigh 300g
- 洋蔥 1個(切塊) 1 onion (cut into small chunks)
- 蘋果 1 個 1 apple
- 薯仔 3小個 3 small potatoes
- 紅籮蔔適量 carrots as desired
- 紅蔥頭1個(切絲) 1 red onion (cut into strips)
- 蒜茸 2茶匙 mashed garlic 2 tsp
- 薑茸 2 茶匙 mashed ginger 2 tsp
- 鹽適量 a pinch of salt
- 糖 1 茶匙 sugar 1 tsp
- 黑胡椒粉少許 a pinch of black pepper
- 奶油雞醬 1瓶(275ml) Butter chicken sauce
- 35%奶油 1湯匙 1tbsp 35% cream (I used 10% cream instead)
- 牛油/植物油 1湯匙 1 tbsp butter/margarine
- 腰果 1/4 杯(切碎) 1/4 cup cashews (chopped) ~~ optional
- 雞肉切2吋x2吋方塊, 加入調味料備用. 再把洋蔥, 蘋果, 薯仔和紅蘿蔔切相似的大小 Cut chicken into small chunks, add in seasoning. Also chop onions, apple, potatoes, carrots into similar size as chicken
- 鑊內燒熱牛油, 加入紅洋蔥絲, 洋蔥, 薯仔, 紅蘿蔔至洋蔥軟身, 然後加入雞肉和蘋果炒勻 Heat frying pan with butter then add in onion, carrots, potatoes till onion softened. Mix in chicken and apple
- 最後加入醬汁拌勻, 注入水約1/8杯煮約5分鐘熄火, 上碟 Add in sauce and 1/8cup of water, boil for another 5 minutes
- 淋上奶油和撒上腰果碎便可 Add in cream and cashews before eat
