椒鹽中蝦
材料:
中蝦 8-10隻
蒜2-3瓣,切碎
紅尖椒1個,切碎
鹽1/4茶匙
白胡椒粉1/4茶匙
做法:
中蝦沾上少許生粉再煎/炸熟 (我今次是煎熟中蝦), 備用
在鍋中加入蒜蓉炒香,約需時1分鐘。之後加入炸煎好的中蝦,紅尖椒,鹽和白胡椒粉炒勻即成
