鮑菇豆腐泡炆生根
材料: 鮑菇(切粒),豆腐泡,生根
汁: 素蠔油, 生粉,糖少許,水
做法/煮法:
1) 先將豆腐泡, 生根焯水備用
2) 鮑菇落鑊炒再加入豆腐泡
3) 加入汁再放入生根, 炆1-2分鐘便可
