勝瓜鮑菇生根
材料: 勝瓜,鮑菇,生根(焯水去油)
調味: 鹽, 胡椒粉少許, 水
做法/煮法:
1) 先炒勝瓜同鮑菇,加入適量鹽同胡椒粉
2) 最後放入生根及少許水, 勝瓜炆至軟身便可
