欖菜豆腐
材料: 豆腐, 小棠菜, 欖菜
煮法:
1) 小棠菜切開焯至半熟作伴碟用
2) 豆腐切大件兩邊煎至金黃備用
3) 將適量欖菜放在豆腐上
4) 蒸10分鍾便可
