豬腳薑
材料
豬腳 2-3隻
薑 (多少隨意)
熟蛋數隻
調味
添丁甜醋
做法
豬腳先出水
將豬腳放入鍋再加入添丁甜醋 (需蓋過豬腳), 用慢火燜至豬腳軟身.
