菜膽雞 (Chicken and Chinese Cabbage serve in chicken broth)


材料 Ingredients:
  • 半隻雞 (可用雞腿) half a chicken or you can use chicken thigh
  • 紹菜 Chinese cabbage
調味 Seasoning:
  • 清雞湯一罐 1 can of chicken broth
做法 Make:
  1. 雞清洗淨備用 rinse chicken and rest aside
  2. 紹菜切段備用 chopped chinese cabbage in big chunks
  3. 先煮滾清雞湯再放入紹菜, 蓋上鍋蓋數分鐘再將雞放在紹菜上面, 蓋上鍋蓋燜20分鐘或待雞熟透 boil chicken broth then add in chopped chinese cabbage, cover the pot till the chicken broth is boiling again.  Place the chicken on top of the chinese cabbage then cover up the pot for about 20 minutes in high or till chicken is cooked
  4. 取出雞/雞腿切件上碟 (放在紹菜上) Take out the chicken and chopped into pieces to serve on plate with chinese cabbage placed under.
