XO醬鮑片海鮮煲 (Abalone Seafood with XO sauce)

 

材料 Ingredients:
  • 罐頭鮑片1 can of sliced abalone
  • 蝦6-7隻 6-7 shrimps
  • 帶子數隻 scallops
  • 紅椒,黃椒1個切細塊 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper (chopped in small pieces)
  • 乾蔥頭3個 3 shallots
  • 蒜頭2-3個 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 芹菜數段 celery (optional)
調味 Seasoning:
  • XO醬  sause
做法 Make:
  1. 蝦洗淨開背挑腸 wash shrimps, cut open from the back and remove the intestine
  2. 帶子用暖水浸數分鐘 soak the scallops in warm water for a few minutes
  3. 乾蔥頭, 蒜頭先落砂鍋爆香再加入蝦及帶子, 待蝦及帶子熟透放入紅椒, 黃椒, XO醬炒勻,最後放入鮑片及芹菜再炒勻, 熄火蓋上鍋蓋焗1-2分鐘即成 stir fry shallots and garlic in hot pan then add in shrimps and scallops, wait till the shrimps and scallops get cooked add in the red pepper and yellow pepper.  Add in 1-2 tsp of XO sauce (depends on how spicy you want).  Last add in the sliced abalone and celery, cover up the pan then turn off the heat.
