柚子雞 Citron Honey Chicken



材料 Ingredients:
  • 雞胸肉2件切細件 (如喜歡可用雞腿肉) 2 chicken breasts cut into small pieces (can use chicken thighs)
  • 紅椒, 黃椒切細塊 (可用青瓜或其他瓜類) red and yellow pepper chop into small pieces (can use green pepper, cucumber, zucchini ...etc)
調味 Seasoning:
  • 鹽 a pinch of salt
  • 柚子茶2-3茶匙 2-3 tsp of citron honey
  • 水少量 (多少視乎喜愛汁濃度) water (amount of water depends on how thick you want your gravy)
做法 Make:
  1. 雞用鹽醃再沾上生粉 marinate chicken with salt and coat with corn starch
  2. 燒滾油將雞煎熟備用 (如喜歡香口可將雞炸熟) pan fried chicken till cooked (or deep fried if you like)
  3. 紅椒, 黃椒落鑊炒到半熟, 放入雞再加入柚子茶及水, 待煮到喜愛汁濃度便可 stir-fry red and yellow pepper, add chicken.  Then add in citron honey and water until desired thickness of gravy
