梅子蒸豬頸肉 Steam pork with pickled plums prune
材料
豬頸肉 225g (切片)
酸梅 4粒
調味
鹽 1/2 茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
茄汁 1湯匙
原豉醬 1湯匙
砂糖 2湯匙
油 1湯匙
胡椒粉 少許
做法
將所有材料及調味料拌勻放碟中 (最後下油), 猛火蒸7分鐘
