紅燒豆腐
材料: 炸豆腐, 冬菇, 油菜苗
汁: 生粉水, 豉油, 糖, 素蠔油少許
...
做法/煮法:
1) 冬菇浸過夜
2) 油菜苗焯熟作伴碟用
3) 冬菇先落鑊再放入豆腐
4) 加入汁炒勻便可
