雙菇炒河
材料: 柳菇, 金菇, 甘荀絲, 小棠菜(切絲), 河粉
調味: 生抽, 老抽
...
好法/煮法:
1) 柳菇, 金菇浸軟備用
2) 甘荀, 小棠菜絲先落鑊炒再放入柳菇, 金菇
3) 加入生抽再加入適量老抽炒勻便可
Tips: 菇可選用喜愛吃的菇類
