木耳勝瓜
材料: 木耳,勝瓜
調味: 鹽
...
做法/煮法:
1) 木耳須浸過夜備用
2) 勝瓜切段
3) 將勝瓜落鑊再放入木耳炒
4) 加入適量鹽同水
5) 蓋上鑊蓋大概一分鍾便可
Tips: 如不喜歡木耳可選用雲耳
