西蘭花雙菇豆腐
材料: 西蘭花,金菇,鮑菇,豆腐
調味/汁: 豉油, 鹽, 糖, 生粉水
...
做法/煮法:
1) 西蘭花焯熟
2) 先炸豆腐, 鮑菇(豆腐可煎)
3) 炒金菇再放入豆腐, 鮑菇, 西蘭花
4) 最後加入汁炒勻便可
