三絲炆米粉
材料: 青椒, 紅椒, 腐球, 味菜, 粉絲
汁: 李錦記甜酸汁
...
做法/煮法:
1) 青椒, 紅椒, 腐球, 味菜全部切絲
2) 青椒, 紅椒, 腐球, 味菜落鑊炒再放入粉絲
3) 加入李錦記甜酸汁同適量水, 炆至剩下少量汁便可
Tips: 喜歡湯米粉可放多些水
