草菇三色菜
材料:草菇、熟玉米粒、青紅椒
做法/煮法
...
1) 草菇洗淨,劃十字口,用滾水加少許鹽燙熟,瀝
幹水分,裝盤
2) 放入熟玉米粒、青紅椒粒翻炒,加少許水,鹽、
勾欠(生粉水),澆在草菇中間即可。
