發菜冬菇
材料: 冬菇, 發菜, 小棠菜
汁: 生粉水, 豉油, 鹽少許, 糖
...
煮法:
1) 小棠菜焯熟作伴碟用
2) 冬菇, 發菜浸過夜備用
3) 冬菇落鑊炒再放入發菜
4) 加入汁炒勻便可
