炸醬粉絲(Bean Sauce Vermicelli)

材料: 青瓜(切絲), 粉絲, 冬菇(切粒), 磨菇(切粒)
Ingredients: cucumber (cut into strips), Chinese vermicelli, any kind of mushroom (dice),
調味: 原豉醬, 生粉水
Seasoning: Bean sauce 1-2 teaspoon, corn starch mix with water

做法/煮法:

Cook:
1) 粉絲焯水

Soak the Chinese vermicelli till soft and boil in hot water for a while
2) 冬菇浸軟切粒

Soak the dried mushroom till soft then dice them
3) 冬菇, 磨菇落鑊炒熟再加入原豉醬,少許水

Stir-fried mushroom then add in bean sauce and a bit of water
4) 最後加入少許生粉水煮勻便可

Stir in the corn starch water

Tips:
1) 可選用喜愛吃的菇類

Use any kind of mushroom you like
2) 可配米粉,米線或冷麵

Can go with Chinese rice noodles, cold noodles ...etc
