木耳炒豆腐
材料: 乾木耳, 豆腐
汁: 豉油, 糖, 鹽, 生粉, 水, 麻油少許
做法:
1) 乾木耳浸軟備用
2) 豆腐切細件再煎至金黃
煮法:
1) 木耳先落鑊炒再放入豆腐
2) 加入汁炒勻便可
