羅漢齋 (Braised Assorted Veggie)


材料: 雲耳, 冬菇, 鮑菇, 鮮菇, 生根, 西蘭花
Ingredients: fungus, any kind of mushrooms, fried beancurd skin, broccoli
 調味: 生粉水, 豉油, 鹽少許, 糖
Seasoning: corn starch mixed with water, light soya sauce, pinch of salt and sugar

做法/煮法:

Cook:
1) 先將生根焯水(去油)

Blanch the fried beancurd skin (to get the oil out)
2) 所有菇切片或細塊

Dice all mushrooms
3) 西蘭花焯至半熟

Blanch the broccoli till half-cooked
4) 將所有菇落鑊炒, 再放入雲耳,西蘭花, 最後放生根

Stir-fried all mushrooms and add in broccoli then the fried beancurd skin
5) 加入調味炒勻便可

Stir in the seasoning

Tips: 可選用喜愛的菇類
