金菇扒甜豆
材料: 金菇, 甜豆
汁: 鹽, 麻油, 豉油(生抽), 糖, 生粉水
煮法:
1) 金菇浸軟
2) 先將甜豆焯熟
3) 將甜豆落鑊再放入金菇然後加入鹽, 麻油, 豉油(生
抽), 糖, 生粉水, 炒勻即可
