Tiramisu cup
材料 Ingredients:
芝味醬 Cream Cheese1盒
蛋1隻 1 egg
糖80克 80g sugar
忌廉250克 250g cream
魚膠粉1湯匙 1tbsp gelatin
熱水3湯匙 3tbsp hot water
做法 :
芝味醬攪至糊狀後, 加入沙糖再攪, 然後再加入蛋再攪勻
魚膠粉加熱水攪溶後, 加落1 (邊攪邊加)
忌廉攪至糊狀後, 再加落之前1及2的材料中(邊攪邊加)
放入雪櫃直至凝固
食前再灑上朱咕力粉
