生炒糯米飯 (Fried Glutinous Rice) |
材料: 糯米, 臘腸, 臘肉, 蝦米,花生, 雞蛋(切絲)
Ingredients: glutinous rice, chinese sausage, chinese preserved ham, dried shrimps, peanuts, 1 egg (cut into stripes)
調味: 生抽1湯匙, 老抽1-2湯匙, 糖1-2茶匙
Seasoning: 1 tablespoon light soya sauce, 1-2 tablespoon dark soya sauce, 1-2 teaspoon sugar
做法:
Cook
-糯米煮熟備用
Cook the glutinous rice
-先蒸熟臘腸及臘肉 (切粒備用)
Steam the chinese sausage and chinese preserved ham then dice them
-蝦米先落鑊炒再放入臘腸及臘肉, 加入糯米炒勻. 再加入生抽, 老抽及糖 (如喜歡較鹹可放多些生抽)
-Stir-fried the dried shrimps then add in the chinese sausage and preserved ham, glutinous rice. Add in light and dark soya sauce, sugar (add in more light soya sauce if you like a bit more salty)
-炒勻上碟, 放上花生及蛋絲
Serve rice on plate, add in peanuts and egg as garnish
