Chocolate-nuts marshmallow pops


Prep 15minutes       Makes 30 servings

What you need
  • 1 pkg. Dark chocolate (70% or 85%)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 30 marshmallow
  • 3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, finely chopped


Make it

MICROWAVE dark chocolate and milk in large microwaveable glass measuring cup on HIGH 2 minutes or until dark chocolate are completely melted and sauce is well blended when stirred; cool slightly

INSERT lollipop stick into 1 marshmallow; dip in dark chocolate sauce, then in nuts.  Place on parchment-covered baking sheet

REPEAT with remaining marshmallows.  Let stand 20 minutes or until dark chocolate coating is firm
