勝瓜腐球
材料: 勝瓜, 腐球素雞)
調味: 鹽, 麻油少許, 水
煮法:
1) 先將勝瓜清洗去皮,切件再一開二備用
2) 腐球切片(厚薄隨意)
3) 將勝瓜落鑊再加入適量鹽炒
4) 加水將勝瓜炆至軟身
5) 最後放入腐球
tips:
1) 腐球本身易熟不用太早落鑊
