Roasted Garlic & Tomato Bruschetta


What you need
  • 1 baguette (350g), cut into 32 slices
  • 2 cups halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. mable syrup
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tub (250g) Philadelphia Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese Product
Make it
HEAT ove to 400°F

PLACE baguette slices in single layer on baking sheet. Toss tomoatoes with syrup, thyme and oil; spread onto rimmed baking sheet.  Place baking sheets, side-by-side, on middle oven rack

BAKE 10 min. or until bread is lightly toasted and tomatoes are softened

SPREAD toast slices with cream cheese product; top with tomatoes
