西蘭花炒鮑魚菇
材料: 西蘭花, 鮑魚菇
調味: 鹽, 胡椒粉(少許), 麻油(少許)
煮法:
1) 鮑魚菇清洗切粒焯至半熟
2) 先將西蘭花焯至半熟
3) 將1) + 2)落鑊再放入鹽, 胡椒粉(少許), 麻油(少許)
炒勻即可
