蒜蓉蒸老虎蝦 (Steam Tiger Shrimp with Garlic) |
材料:
Ingredients:
老虎蝦, 蒜蓉(生及熟), 粉絲
Tiger Shrimps, garlic (uncooked and cooked), chinese vermicelli
做法:
Cook:
-粉絲浸軟放在碟上
Soak the chinese vermicelli till soft and place on the plate
-老虎蝦洗淨去除蝦殼, 蝦身中間切開, 放在粉絲上面
Rinse the Tiger Shrimp and remove the shell, cut into half and place on top of the vermicelli
-將一半蒜蓉炒/炸熟備用
Fried/deep fried half of the garlic
-先放生蒜蓉在蝦上再放熟蒜蓉
Put the uncooked garlic on the shrimp then the cooked garlic
-蒸10-12分鐘
Steam for about 10-12 minutes or until the shrimps are cooked
