沙嗲西芹炒素腰花貢丸 Stir fried mix veggies with Satay sauce |
材料: 西芹, 甘筍, 素腰花, 素貢丸, 冬菇, 腰果
Ingredients: celery, veggie scallop (cooked), veggie meatballs (cooked), mushrooms, cashews (any kind of veggie)調味: 沙嗲醬, 水
Seasoning: Satay sauce, water
煮法:
How to cook
1) 冬菇要浸過夜及換水(2-3次)方可用
soak the mushrooms with water overnight and in between change the water 2-3 times
2) 西芹, 甘筍, 素腰花, 素貢丸, 冬菇要預先切粒
dice all veggies
3) 先將西芹同甘筍用滾水焯(差不多熟)
blanch the diced veggies to nearly cooked
4) 冬菇先落鑊炒再加入其他配料一起炒
stir fried the mushrooms then add in the blanched veggies
5) 加入沙嗲醬同水, 炒勻便可
add in Satay sauce and water, mix them up
tips:
1) 可選用salted cashews, 如用未經煮過的腰果要先將
腰果炸過方可用
use salted cashews is another option or if using raw cashews need to deep fried them prior using
2) 素腰花同素貢丸本身是熟的, 翻熱邊可所以不用炒太耐
the veggie scallop and meatballs are cooked so do not need to stir fried for too long
