Pork Chop Cutlets


What you need:
  • Pork Chop 4-6 slices
  • salt
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Japanese bread crumbs
Make it!
  1. Marinate pork chops with salt (both sides)
  2. Dip into egg then coat with bread crumbs
  3. Deep fry pork chops until both sides turn golden brown
