煎餃子 (Pan-fried veggie dumplings)
材料: 白菜苗, 鮮菇, 鮑菇, 發菜, 上海皮
調味: 鹽, 胡椒粉, 麻油
做法/煮法:
1) 發菜浸過夜備用
2 )將白菜苗焯熟切碎備用
3) 鮑菇同鮮菇清洗再切碎
4) 將菇落鑊炒再放入白菜苗
5) 加入鹽, 胡椒粉同少量麻油炒勻便可
6) 餃子料要隔水先可用
7) 待餃子料和暖方可用上海皮包成餃子
Tips: 餃子可放湯或炸
