豉油雞翼 (Soya Sauce Chicken Wings) |
材料: 雞翼
Ingredients: chicken wings
調味/汁: 老抽1/2 - 1/4杯, 水 (1-2杯), 冰糖(適量)
Seasoning/sauce: 1/2-1/4 cup dark soya sauce, 1-2 cups water, rock sugar
做法:
Cook
-先將雞翼煎到半熟, 加入老抽及水
First fry the chicken wings till half cooked, add in dark soya sauce and water
-待豉油汁滾起再加入冰糖(喜愛甜味可放入多點冰糖)
Wait till the sauce starts boiling add in rock sugar (add in more sugar if desired)
-熄火, 待滾汁煮熟雞翼
Turn off the stove, let the boiling sauce cook the rest of the chicken wings
