炸金菇 (Deep Fried Enoki Mushroom) |
材料: 金菇, 西蘭花
Ingredients: Enoki mushroom, broccoli
煮法:
Cook:
1) 西蘭花焯熟作伴碟用
Blanch the broccoli till cooked
2) 金菇清洗浸軟加入鹽同胡椒粉. 外面均勻滾上生粉,放置10分鐘, 放入油鍋,用中火炸至金黃色便可
Soak the enoki mushroom till soft then season with salt and pepper. Coat with corn starch and rest for about 10 minutes then deep fried till golden brown.
