Nutella Meringues



Ingredients: 2 egg whites, 1 tablespoon Nutella, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cream of  tartar

Cook:
-Beat egg whites & cream of tartar until stiff peaks form
-Beat in powdered sugar (4 smaller batches) until it is stiff and glossy
-Heat oven to 250°, mix in Nutella, line 2 cookie trays with parchment paper
-Pipe into 40 cookies
-Bake 45 minutes ... Done!!
