Ingredients
日本黑豚肉, 青瓜/意大利瓜 (作伴碟用), 韓式燒汁2茶匙
Japanese Kurobuta, cucumber/zucchini, Korean Barbeque sauce 2 teaspoon
調味:
Seasoning
-黑豚肉用鹽, 黑糊椒醃 (可加喜愛香草)
Marinate the Japanese Kurobuta with salt and black pepper (also can add your favorite herbs, I added thymes)
-韓式燒汁加少許鹽, 糖, 水2茶匙
Mix Korean Barbeque sauce with a pinch of salt, sugar and 2 teaspoon of water
做法:
Cook
-醃好的黑豚肉落鑊煎熟上碟
Pan-fried the Japanese Kurobuta till cooked (slightly burned if you want)
-加上獻汁
Serve sauce on top of the Kurobuta
