欖菜四季豆
材料: 欖菜, 四季豆, 冬菇
調味: 欖菜, 鹽少許
煮法:
1) 冬菇浸過夜換水(2-3次)
2) 將四季豆焯熟
3) 先將冬菇落鑊炒再放入四季豆
4) 加入少許鹽再放入欖菜(1-2 tea spoon)
5) 炒勻便可
