梅菜蒸鮮腐竹 Steam bean milk skin with mustard greens |
材料: 鮮腐竹, 梅菜
Ingredients: bean milk skin (if you can't get fresh ones you can get the frozen ones), mustard greens汁: 甜豉油 (生抽, 老抽, 糖, 水)
Sauce: DIY sweet soya sauce (light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, sugar, water)
煮法:
How to cook:
1) 先將梅菜清洗再浸過夜(記得將菜葉盡量散開)
(Wash the mustard greens thoroughly and soak in water overnight)
2) 將梅菜切碎再放入糖(糖份量以個人喜愛甜的程度,一般兩table spoon已足夠)
(finely chopped the mustard greens and marinate with 1 or 2 table spoon of sugar)
3) 將鮮腐竹切段(長度大概2.5吋)
(cut the bean milk skin into 2.5 inches long each)
4) 將所有材料連同汁一同蒸(時間以水滾起計10分鍾)
(place the chopped mustard greens on the bean milk skin with the sauce and steam for about 10mins)
tips: 可留少許汁當熄火後再加入(因為蒸的過程會有
水倒流令汁變淡)
(Save a bit of the sauce and add in after the dish is ready)
